MCT Community Summit 2008, January 14 – 16 2008, Berlin/Germany
A three day conference with 355 Microsoft Certified Trainer from 46 countries training them to deliver trainings on the newest Microsoft technologies. Over 50 hours of content and courseware in 36 different sessions with 24 different speakers and a motivated audience wanting to move forward in the new year. International networking opportunities during breaks included a sponsor area for meeting with colleagues from EMEA and Microsoft internal people and also evening activities: two parties and a bus tour through Berlin. Asentus Europe made it all happen!
EMEA Microsoft Developer Tools Partner Summit, October 23 – 24 2007, Hoofddorp/the Netherlands
The EMEA Microsoft Developer Tools Partner Summit was a successful 2,5 day event that took place in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. The summit was attended by a total of 130 people, which were Microsoft employees and their most valued partners, coming from 13 different countries within EMEA. The goal of this event was to bring the International Microsoft Consulting and Licensing Partners together in one forum. This was done by a number of central presentations, breakout meetings, network opportunities and social events. The success of the event was mainly due to the creative and informal atmosphere of the event venue, the quality of the by Microsoft selected speakers, and the smooth operation of the event organized by Asentus Europe.
Microsoft WorldWide Partner Conference, 2002 – 2007, New Orleans/Toronto/Minneapolis/Boston/Denver
The Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) is one of Microsoft’s premier events, which takes place over three days, hosting over 7300 worldwide partners in 2007. Since their inception at WPC, Asentus has been the key vendor which manages and executes the Hands-On Labs component of the event. The Asentus team provides a truly end-to-end Hands-On Labs solution, the workflow taking place as follows:
· Management of entire WPC HOL program including strategy, marketing, content, testing, deployment, and reporting
· Content gathering and standardization brings all 70+ labs together in one place with a unified look and feel
· Quality assurance ensures each lab functions at peak performance and contains no technical issues
· On site delivery is handled by an extremely well evaluated team of trainers, proctors, concierge and management staff

DPE METRO T-prep Events – 2006/2007
Asentus organized product trainings for the developer community of a large software company where the aim is not only to learn about the product, but to also ensure that the 50 developers who are personally invited to attend network with each other. This is done by block booking a hotel so they are able to stay together, but also by organizing social and fun events which in the past have included:
· Private tour of Hampton Court Palace (London, UK)
· Wine tasting, dinner and personalized tour of the Wine Museum (Paris, France)
· 1920s style canal cruise through the Amsterdam canals with dinner (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
· Drinks reception, dinner and private tour of the Heineken Brewery (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
