Microsoft Learning Training Courses: Window Small Business Server 2008 / Windows Essential Business Server 2008
Asentus has been contracted to build two Windows Server courses (Windows Small Business Server 2008 and Windows Essential Business Server 2008) for Microsoft Learning, Microsoft’s training division. The courses, due to be released in December of 2008, are 5 days in length and will provide intensive 300-level training to students looking to learn about or upgrade their skills to the 2008 release of Windows SBS and EBS. The Asentus team is currently developing, building, and testing the courses to Microsoft Learning’s rigorous standards.
Worldwide Partner Conference 2008
One of the most anticipated annual events on the Microsoft calendar, the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) brought 7,500 Microsoft partners from 145 countries to Houston, Texas in July 2008. WPC provides a forum for partners to learn about the latest Microsoft products, as well as to expand business opportunities by connecting to thousands of other Microsoft partners. Asentus Consulting oversaw the content development, planning, testing, and delivery of 34 hands-on labs via 60 sessions (and one self-paced lab room) at the event, training a total of 2840 attendees.
